On May 23rd, 2003, the Honor Legion of the Police Departments of the State of New Jersey (NJHL) sponsored a Memorial Day picnic for grade school students at The Windsor School and The Windsor Learning Center, Pompton Lakes, NJ. After a presentation by school staff on the meaning and history of Memorial Day, every student [...] On April 16th, 2003, “The Honor Legion of the Police Departments of the State of N.J.” (NJHL), brought Easter to “The Children Hospital” at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) to include the “Tomorrows Children’s Institute” for cancer and blood disorders. Also, visited was the Pediatric Emergency department, General Pediatric Inpatient, and Pediatric Ambulatory Care wards. [...] On December 11th, 2002, the “Honor Legion of the Police Departments of the State of N.J.” (NJHL) is making some children happy during this Holiday season. The NJHL purchased toys & clothing destined for 60 children (infant to adolescent) in the care of Children’s Aid & Family Services (CAFS). Domenick Infantes of the Jersey City PD at its September 19th meeting at “The Empire Club” in Little Ferry, NJ. P.O.
